Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
• Users may cancel their scheduled session with a Guruavataar before the session starts.
• Once a chat session has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refund Policy
• Payment for any call cancelled before the start of the session may be refunded.
• If a user is unsatisfied with the session due to genuine reasons, they may request a refund within 24 hours of the chat or call.
• Refund requests can be made via the app’s support section or by emailing namaste@askmyguru.live.
• The validity of the refund request will be reviewed based on service quality, technical issues, or other genuine concerns.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request.

3. Non-Refundable Cases
• Refunds will not be granted for issues arising from personal beliefs, dissatisfaction without reasonable cause, or missed sessions due to user unavailability.
• If a Guruavataar has provided the requested consultation in accordance with the app's guidelines, a refund shall not be applicable.

4. Autopay Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer the following autopay subscription plans:
• Weekly Subscription: Billed automatically every week.
• Monthly Subscription: Billed automatically every month.

4.2 Autopay Cancellation
• You may cancel your autopay subscription at any time through the app or by contacting our support team.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription and access to subscription-only features will remain active until the expiry of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining portion of the ongoing subscription period.

4.3 Refunds on Autopay Subscriptions
• All autopay subscription purchases — whether weekly or monthly — are non-refundable once a billing cycle has been charged.
• Exceptions apply only in cases of billing errors or as mandated under applicable Indian consumer law.
• On a discretionary and good faith basis, we may choose to provide a refund of the last debited amount. Such discretionary refunds are not guaranteed and shall not constitute a waiver of this policy or a precedent for future requests.

5. ONE-TIME SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES
All one-time subscription purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or as mandated under Indian consumer law.
